So it's Easter now. The vigil last night was great, albeit it a little long, and I kept thinking, so this is what it's like to be a Catholic! ;-D No I have nothing against Catholics but the two times I have been to mass (for an Anthro class) were really really really long. But now I'm officially a member of PRLC and glad of it. I'm glad my family and Kyle came but I feel bad because I could tell Kyle wasn't comfortable there. This morning my mom and I went to Easter service and we had bells to ring on every Alleluia. I've missed the Alleluia... it hibernates during Lent.
And Easter candy! My mom made up Easter baskets as she always does. I also got a pretty diamond necklace for the confirmation/vigil. Totally didn't expect that!
Kyle is in Bellingham today and the roommate is at work so I'm going to do some yoga and then get ready for tomorrow, do a little more cleaning, and something else... oh I need to do my taxes. Ugh. I hate math.
The History Channel is either boring or fascinating... right now it's on John the Baptist... they are excevating near the Jordan River. I can't even imagine what it would be like to go to places that old... everything in America is so new.
I miss my cat... a lot.
That's about all. I hope everyone has a happy Easter!
