Well I joined this community
panic_anxiety They help alot with what I am going through. Giving advice and talking about what is going on with them and how to help or just wanting advice in general.
So far so good with the panic attack. I went for a walk with Shawn and Nick to the park and then to the store. A breath of fresh air did some good. I really dont want to go to the doctor to get this thing checked out but I dont see much other options ya know. If I dont then I will be freaking out about this for a while and these attacks will never go away. I'm just afraid... very very afraid!!!
well ill post later mom came by ^_^ I like it when she is here. I miss my mommy alot.... *Hugs mom*
