[ Hello, HQ. You have a new resident, who really doesn't seem very happy to be here. In fact, he seems more like exasperated as he lights a cigarette and takes a drag, stormy grey eyes glancing around his surroundings a moment before he walks over into a library.
They were usually quiet with few people, atleast he oughta have some peace here to figure out where he was, glancing around again before taking a flask from his pocket to drink from. ]
