The Wonders of Modern Medicine

Jul 27, 2011 23:23

It appears that Prussia has found either the infirmary or a hospital type room, complete with all it's modern equipment that he knows absolutely nothing about. Perhaps another person would seek out someone more familiar with 21st century medical advances before poking around, but not Prussia. He's far too awesome to consider looking like he can't ( Read more... )

"Bruder Gilbert, what are you trying to accomplish?" And her is Liechtenstein, who was wondering who was so set on destroying all the medical equipment.

He yelps, nearly knocking the thing over again just after getting it back the right way up. "A-ah, Lili..." Prussia clears his throat, rubbing the back of his neck a bit nervously. "I was just looking at it. Honest." After all, looking involves poking and prodding too.

There is a long thoughtful look, and Lili is just remembering for another day that if she takes any Prussia to china shop, she will have to hold his hands.

For now though, she's going to help clean up the mess. "I don't think anything is broken. I'd have to have the manual to check though."

She smiles softly. "As long as it didn't fall on you, that's all that really matters."

He leans over to pick up all the little tubes that fell out of a box in the basket attached to the machine. He has no idea what they're for, but they're probably important if they're kept with it, so he's just going to put them back in the box and replace that in the basket.

"Oh come on, like the awesome me would be hurt by something light like this," he gloats, arms crossed over his chest. Which only makes it more obvious that he's getting fat (though it's really not fat), despite the fact that he had his clothes fixed so they sat properly over his stomach.

C-chigi...

[Bitty Lovina had a mean, mean stomachache. And a bruise on her elbow, which is bleeding slightly.]

What's wrong? ::He can see that injury to her elbow, so he's going to start looking for something to bandage that with. Can't have her bleed all over the place.:: Did you fall?

A-a stupid squirrel made me fall! [No way, she didn't trip, what do you think?]

Let's get that elbow bandaged up, then. ::Uh huh. A squirrel made her fall. If she thinks that he believes that, then he has a colony in Africa she might be interesed in.:: I think I saw some bandages around here...

[Belgium looks inside after hearing all that noise]

What have you done this time, Gilbert?

Nothing! ::Yes, the blood pressure machine on the floor is absolutely nothing and she should ignore it entirely.::

Really? Nothing? At All? You Prussia are mostly likely up to something in a room like this.

[Belgium looks around the room and sees the blood pressure machine on the floor, probably broken]

And why are you making a mess in this room?

I was just looking around! It fell over on it's own; probably couldn't stand being in my awesome presence. ::Never mind that he is standing right next to the thing. While it's possible that his coat got caught on it and knocked it over, it's really not likely.::

[ooc: LJ was acting up. More DDoS attacks that screwed up the site for like a week. They're fixed now, I think? For the most part.]

Of course Ludwig was drawn in by the noise--he'd heard such noises before, and he certainly hoped nothing(and no one, though the former concerned him far more) was broken. He was, at the least, relieved it was nothing in his office. Locked as it was, such things somehow often failed to stop his brother.

Of course, upon seeing the culprit, he decided on fairly simple course of action. Which was simply grabbing and dragging or carrying his brother from the room, ignoring any struggles he put up, unless, of course, he struggled hard enough that he couldn't handle him.

"Gilbert, what are you doing!?" There was a pause between this demand and when he went to the machine, picking it up and making sure it was still intact, still plugged in, and still functioned as it needed to. "These are expensive, delicate, and important machines! You can't just play with them!!"

((ooc: oy, don't people have lives? -_- ))

"Let go! I was just looking at them!" He glares from where Ludwig left him outside of the infirmary, crossing his arms as the other man heads back inside to right the equipment. If it weren't for the fact that it's his human brother, he might have put up more of a fight, but as it is, he didn't want to actually hurt him. "I didn't mean to knock it over..."

With that said, he re-enters the room, this time just to lean on the wall next to the door. Gilbert crosses his arms, glaring stonily at the younger man.

[ooc: It's actually a political matter. LJ's popular in Russia and there's political opinions and stuff being shared on it, so attacking the journals of certain people(or the whole site itself) is within the interests of some parties. /o\]

"And knocking them over and possibly causing them damage! Accident or not, it still happened! You should be more careful with things that you don't understand!" After ensuring that everything functioned as it should've, he started cleaning them as well, ensuring that the too-clean smell of a hospital room remained unchallenged. "You could've picked it up, too." And ensured it functioned, disinfected it. . . .

Once everything was in order he turned to him and tried not to feel too affected by the glare. "What were you doing in here, anyway? If you needed something, you should've looked for me."

((ooc: I repeat: don't people have lives? : \ Politics is not so important that you should distrupt a global site over the affairs of your own nation. I mean, what about my entertainment?! #firstworldpains))

"I just knocked it over when you came barging in here and shoved me out of the room! I didn't have a chance to!" How would he have ensured it worked if he's never seen such a thing before in his life? Never mind that his time period's idea of cleaning things thoroughly would by no means disinfect anything. He continues to glare, lips pursed in annoyance, though the effect is somewhat ruined by the wrinkling of his nose against the smell of disinfectant. "I was trying to find you. Kinda figured that a doctor would be in this kinda room ( ... )
