The Wonders of Modern Medicine
It appears that Prussia has found either the infirmary or a hospital type room, complete with all it's modern equipment that he knows absolutely nothing about. Perhaps another person would seek out someone more familiar with 21st century medical advances before poking around, but not Prussia. He's far too awesome to consider looking like he can't figure out what everything does on his own. Never mind that he clearly has no idea what he's doing or how anything works; asking for help is only something unawesome people do.
Hopefully that machine (one of those fancy electronic devices that take all your vitals at once; not that he knows that) can survive a trip to the floor, because he just knocked it over in his investigation.
((ooc: Yeah, so, your character can be drawn in by the noise of him knocking things over, or already there because they need a plaster, or whatever other reason you can think of. And is LJ acting up in general again, or is it just me?))
