For anybody who keeps up with such things, they might have noticed there was several items missing from the armory. A potatoe gun and ammunition for said gun to be precise. And probably more well watched, there's several jars of Josh's wine missing out of 202.
Why this is important becomes readily apperrant when Decan stalks a block away andclimbs onto a building's roof and begins opening fire at debris he tosses off while taking long pulls of wine.
Alcohol. High emotions. Firearms. Things that ALWAYS go well together.
Decan's not so inconsiderate that he's shooting and throwing stuff towards the apartments, but he's not being too careful what's underneath on the opposite side. And really, how stealthy is improvised weapon fire from the rooftops anyway?
