Hamel's on his rounds again.
Let's say he's been making them regularly. Yes.
He has, otherwise, been avoiding people as he tends to become more personable in fits and starts rather than anything that could be called a smooth progression, but he's out and Oboe is with Pandora in their rooms (and he doesn't even WANT to know what they're fighting about, so he's happy he has something to be doing)... but his ability to deal with people again seems to be surfacing, so feel free to say hello.
