Hunting for Mortals 101:
A: Go out at night.
The darker the better, and moonless are the best. Surprise, Surprise, surprise, Harth loves it here; chill, keeping the prey on edge, making them shiver, breezy and carrying their scent short but sharp.
B: Wear dark colors.
His black leather jacket over his gray-blue t-shirt, and blue jeans. Dark enough -- besides his skin was pale, and his hair was dark and glossy black... So you won some, you lost some.
C: Walk around like you own the fucking place -- cause make no mistake, you do.
Harth did own the place. He considered marking his territory with the bodies of the fallen, but the doggies needed the meat, and he had some odd affection for them. He brought the bodies back and fed them to the dogs, for meat was meat and they were hungry.
A + B + C = D
D = Dead
Which is what people were after they ran into Harth, dressed darkly in a cold dark night in terrain he knew like the back of his bony knuckles.
