My computer is broken and won't turn on. My car was broken and mysteriously shut off. I even managed to break the key off in the ignition of my dad's car this evening. On top of that, I got a ticket in Park City just a few blocks from where the officer finished his route for the day.

The only time I attended Sundance (six years ago, now that I think about it. Whoa.) a lot of weird things happened, including my car being towed in Park City. I hope things look up for you and the Sundance JuJu has run its course.

I thought that Sundance was nothing but juju.

JuJu and women from L.A. walking around in Ugg boots and other apparel that offers no protection from the cold. That's all Sundance is.

I hope nothing that bad happens this year, though I worry every year about my car being towed, including a few nights ago when I parked in the two hour parking spot for a good six hours.

I don't think anything this year will be as bad as the night my car broke down two years ago and I had to spend the night inside of it in below zero weather.

As someone who has been up there every year since 2004 and has seen its popularity increase, I can tell you that the crowds in the year you went are nothing compared to now. In my first year, I had no problem parking just a block from Main Street on two different nights.
