Gakuensai stuff
I found a Japanese blog that has some Gakuensai material on it, which was nice. It's a summary of what a character's like and the dialogue from the end of the game: being partial to anything Gakuensai, I tried to translate some of them:

Generally, he’s a gentleman no matter what. He doesn’t take a cold attitude despite the short time you have deep affection with him. His attitude and bearing are always like a gentleman, amongst other things… I wonder if he isn’t a third-year middle school student- really. (loud laugh) His date’s also golf, of all things. He certainly is a gentleman. To the end, he’s always graceful Yagyuu-chan to the girls. … Occasionally he acts daring, though. When you’re huddling underneath the umbrella, and wandering around looking at the school festival, he holds your hand ♪
合同学園祭が終わってキャンプファイヤーでの社交ダンスから…ネタバレ注意。（会話そのままだし）
