Here we go!
Um, this is actually a hard one, because one of the things I’ve noticed with Glee is that there’s rarely an episode where I absolutely love every single one of the storylines. But for the most part, my favourite episodes are the ones that are Kurt-heavy ( ‘Preggers,’ ‘Ballad,’ ‘Theatricality’, ‘Laryngitis,’ etc.). I also have a rather large fondness for ‘Bad Reputation,’ just because it’s so lulzy and I honestly, HONESTLY have NEVER laughed more at Glee than I did at ‘Run, Joey, Run.’ I can’t…it’s just awesome xP
But, I think, despite the fact that Sue’s storyline did nothing for me and I usually love her, for the parts that were there I think I have to say ‘Furt,’ just because of the focus on two of my favourite characters (and of course, for it being the first show to actually have a ‘ship name as a title. Admittedly, it’s not the greatest ‘ship name, but because it’s Finn thinking it up I can overlook it) and the fact that finally, FINALLY they get the kind of relationship that I’ve been waiting for all along. Plus it showed real Glee Club solidarity and was just the perfect mix of angst and fluffiness, so I’m quite partial to it.
Plus, y'know, boys dancing! Win!
Also, because I always need an excuse to talk about Torchwood, the more and more I hear about the new season the more I wish they would just call it something else, because honestly it's like they've forgotten everything that ever happened in Torchwood. Jack apparently has a new outfit (and a new coat), and I just...yes, RTD, Retcon us into forgetting the Rift exists and let's all pretend that Owen, Tosh and Ianto didn't exist either.
I need to find a way to call it something else in my mind, because it isn't 'Torchwood' anymore. I still will at least give the new season a shot, because I love John too much not to, but at this point I'm way more excited for the return of the Doc, Amy and Rory.
Maybe it'll surprise me. Who knows?
But it still won't be Torchwood.
