The good: RHYS IS BACK! YAY! PLEASE TO NOT HAVE JACK/GWEN! STOP THEM, RHYS!
The bad: Three new 'major' characters will be cast, and Wikipedia says two of them will be 'Caucasian males' and the last a 'non-Caucasian female.' Translation: replacements for Owen, Tosh, and Ianto.
I am not amused.
ETA: The interesting: Writer John Fay (the writer of Day 4 of CoE) on whether Ianto will be somehow brought back:
"I’m not going to answer that [...], you’ll just have to watch and see."
...I'm half-convinced they're just playing with the fans, but...it's not a no? That's good, I guess?
