Woot, back in Colorado. Oh, how I have missed the mountains and the fresh mountain air. I plan on sticking around for most of the rest of summer, and I've got plenty of things to keep myself busy. I've been made the new recruiting officer for my detachment, so I've been tasked with setting up recruiting events for the summer orientation program that our school holds every year. Should be a good time.
Oh yeah, I recently picked up a whole crap load of books on military history and leadership, so if you're lucky I may put down a few of my thoughts and musings on what I'm currently reading on here. But no promises!
And on a final note, it sucks that France didn't win the World Cup, but that's how it goes. Also, go Rockies! We finally make it to the halfway mark above .500!
