So about half a year ago I mentioned to my regional manager of a certain coffee company about red tea and the lack of it within the company. I didn’t outright say this, but I gave an example of the type of tea I drink for illness (rooibos = more antioxidants and no caffeine). He seemed to get all excited and started taking notes.
Next season, after xmas, we’re having a new Vanilla Red Tea Latte. Coincidence? Beats me, but I’m thinking its because everyone else in the market has it now as well. Still you want the ego inflate a little when you think about something like this. That, and while I drink red tea, it usually tastes like chalk. So I have no high hopes for this drink. And I in no ways want to take credit for a bad drink.
This being said, its tea season and I’m incredibly lacking in tea. I must make a run to my shops soon.
