Wing brought a Neti pot home tonight, for me to use. Heated up some filtered water, added it and the ph balanced salt mixture and flushed my sinuses out. It took a while for the solution to exit because of how swollen my sinuses must have been. But when it started flowing out, the painful pressure started easing.
