When I'm wearing a sweater over a long sleeved knit shirt, and my feet are cold even when wearing shoes, I put the heat on.

I have been feeling very nostalgic lately, and my choices of music to listen to are are a clear reflection of that nostalgia.

A gemstone fell out of my bracelet, the one aikidomayland gave me for my first Christmas/Holidays here in Australia. I dropped it off a Distinctive Jewelers this past Saturday, and was told it would take 2 weeks. Got phone call today, and it's ready now. :) This guy does great work ( Read more... )

There is a certain charm in watching an older movie. I am reliving a bit of years ago, watching "Big Trouble in Little China". It's filled with so many sight gags (like the rubber dagger Jack pulls from a boot sheath, and the 'beholder' in the sewers). 

And I mean old. Memories and images of my childhood in Texas. Birthday cake for my 3rd birthday. Yes, I remember it; yellow cake, white vanilla frosting, pastel paper carousel with yellow, blue and pink paper horses.
