Both aikidomayland and I are having pain in left shoulder and hand, and the only thing we both did today was use the horsebows. He said it's normal and does go away. I, personally, will help it go away with a good anti-inflamatory.

It went wonderfully. Was great to put faces to all the names on OzBow. :) And my costuming was appreciated. Assassin. I was going to keep the wrapping around my lower face, but my sunglasses kept fogging up so went 'nekkid faced'.
