grumble grumble grumble
any fatherless folks out there want to vent their rage? I've got the tv on and it's nothing but happy dads and their kids eating pancakes at IHOP and such. In case you missed this part of the story, I had an awesome dad, but he died almost 4 years ago and father's day still smarts. Then I think of all the people who never had a dad, or who have shitty dads, and how this day must suck for them, too.
If you are a dad (and there are a fair number of fathers reading this, I think), or have a dad you like, have a happy father's day. It seems rude to make that wish at large without those qualifiers. Everybody else-- how are you doing today?
