When two parties in a relationship (or desiring to be in one, or end one for that matter) either don't seem an opening to have a conversation that either one or more (if more than one other party makes up the relationship in question) person(s) want to have they could engage the services of a relationship diplomat.
This could also be used for talks about taking things to the next level, concerns in the relationship, break-ups, divorces, et cetera.
