I got new speakers for my computer! This is very exciting. *rocks out*
My computer is an iBook G3 (white model). That translates to: Little tiny speakers that are worse than some headphones. So I'm very, VERY thrilled to have BIG SPEAKERS. A lovely 24-watt system from Logitech. *kisses it*
Already played the gorgeous tune 'No One On Earth (Gabriel and Dresden Remix)' by Above and Beyond (feat. the timeless Zoë Johnson on vocals) ... and now I'm playing the old school favourite Oh Susie (remix) by Antiloop. A song that's always been part of my soundtrack for The Zeta Project. So, yeah, song of the old school system....
I still haven't worked on my cv yet... Blah.... Rabbit's downstairs watching the Vikings and the Broncos (American football), and I can't really watch football today. Not really in the mood... Feeling restless....
Done Today
1 - Hung up another poster, the Willow Flower Fairy (If you send me posters I will love you for always)
2 - New speakers, yay!
3 - Used an old wire hanger to replace the missing open-close wand for the mini-blinds in my room
4 - Showered/washed hair, and discovered that my shower enjoys making whistling noises. And not wolf-whistles either. *feels ugly*
5 - Wrote 2500 words (three parts) for The Last Dragon Thief, and I'll probably write more...
6 - Helped Rabbit work on our new mail and key holder. We bought it as an unfinished wood project at Michaels Crafts yesterday. And he stained it and put on these cute wooden cat pieces. I was just required to put the hook on the back.
7 - I think I've read just about every new drabble... Haven't done that in a while...
8 - Hooked up to Rabbit's iTunes music folder... Thousands of songs, most of them I've never heard, and some of them were on my old computer that I haven't listened to in years... Like Allen Vegenfeldt's In the Beginning. Craziness.
