To start, I'm going to post a funny salad I just made with Memorial Day (U.S. holiday yesterday) leftover barbecue ingredients. When I was growing up and we had leftover steak or hamburgers, my mom always made "meat salad" -- just a single-serving bowl of cut up meat, mixed with mayo and whatever sounded good at the time.
