We're celebrating (American) Thanksgiving at the in-laws, so I'm in charge of mashed potatoes and pies. I also offered to bring cranberry-orange relish, which is less critical to the meal and more relevant to the leftover turkey sandwiches, but it isn't Thanksgiving without that for me.
That also means I need to make room in the freezer for some more stock, as I'm sure my FIL will be sending the carcass home with me. Yay!
