[Atsuki is out today (OKAY FINE THIS IS BACKDATED TO VALENTINE'S DAY ON SUNDAY) - not unusual - but he is working on a new plan. He's got a little baggy under his arm from a strap over his shoulder. Good times, right? Well, he's mostly just trolling to see if anyone wants to talk to him and/or there's any sort of person he wants to talk to personally. He's probably got gifts for Valentine's... probably.
He's going to be almost everywhere around the main area of town, so feel free to run into him.
Oh and he's got a flower in his front jacket pocket... we well as a nice little hat on his head... Oh, and the bag under his arm also happens to be a slightly larger version of this clearly inconspicuous bag. Anyway.
