Health

I think it's time in my life that I begin to obsess over health. If I don't, both Aaron and i will be in trouble. He has a sweet tooth and a penchant for prescription drugs, and I like my booze and adderall. But it's more than that. We at a lot of crap - healthier than most Americans do, but that's not saying much. Aaron has already experienced a number of health problems in his life, and I refuse to lose him one day to an issue that could've been avoided through an obvious lifestyle change. I know that if I make the change, he'll jump on the bandwagon - at least to an extent, which I believe will make a difference.

My negative lifestyle habits are as follows:

Dairy
Alcohol
Sugar
Adderall
Overeating
French fries
sugar
coffee/caffeine
Drugs - shrooms, weed
Makeup with chemicals
Hair and skin products with chemicals
Sparkling water in aluminum cans
aluminum anti-perspirant
Occasional muscle relaxants
Occasional pain killers
Crazy amount of salt
Soy products
Non-organic foods
Fluoride/sugar-laced toothpaste

I'm sure I'll think of more later, but this is a good list to start with. Of course, I'm jobless in two weeks, so some things may be tougher to afford. But I need to figure this out or I'll be paying for many times over in medical bills, which I can't afford, anyway - especially because I haven't insurance.
