UPM. Unlawful Possession of Marijuanna. Thats the ticket i got last night.
At about 7pm last night me, d money(davis miley), and scotty b smoked a blunt in my car. we dropped scott off at the a plus at about 9. money asked for a ride to his car which was at gasho. i obliged. on the way there was a yellow light which i was debating whether or not to stop at, as i started to slow, money yelled "go nigga go!" so i did because i wanted to anyways. as we make the turn into gasho i see the red lights. yea. so the cop comes up and asks if i know why he pulled us over. i said i wasnt sure and neither was money. he told us tyhat we ran the red and then asked us why the car smelled like smoke. both me and money had cigarettes so we gave them up. the cop asked us why the car smelled like pot, because it did. we said our friend was smoking and we had just dropped him off. he asked if there was anything in the car because he was going to search it and we said no. he asked again and said he was going to search the car and if were lying we go to jail if were honest we dont. money didnt have anything but i had my bong and a pipe i had just bought that day in the car. i told him the bong was mine and the pipe belonged to the friend we dropped off. he made us get out and empty our pockets onto the hood of his car, he went through all our shit and looked at us and said he knew we were the ones who had smoked and he asked how long ago we smoked, we said it was about an hour. he then informed me my registration was also up. after we admitted we had smoked he asked me if i would rather have 3 tickets(running the red light, registration, and unlawful breaking) that dont involve marijuanna or the upm. i said the 3 ticket deal and he said ok and then proceeded to go through my car. he came out and said the car was clean and he was happy with us because we were so honest. he gave us our stuff back(not the bong and pipe) and told us to wait in my car for a few minutes. we did and after a few minutes he came back and said his boss told him he couldnt give me the 3 ticket deal it had to be the one with the marijuanna. there are upsides to the marijuanna one though. the cop said i dont have to bring a parent or anything(they dont have to know at all), all i have to do is show up in court on 1/14 and that he would testify in court that i was very cooperative and helpful and he said the worst ill probably have to do is a few hours of community service. i dunno why it was unlawful possession of marijuanna because i didnt actually have any weed. but idk.
