What they don't tell you on The History Channel is that for all of its bloodshed, horror, bureaucracy, and grief, World War II was the biggest sexual spree in history.

Well. Duh. How else do they explain the baby boom?

Well sure but it also started during the war when any time GIs had on leave was probably spent in the sack. The great majority of baby boomers were born post war but I'm pretty sure it started earlier. They do make a good point, war and sex go together pretty well ;P

Yeah. My HS history teacher in Junior year kinda hinted, but never really mentioned. Plus we all read "All Quiet On the Western Front."
