An almost 150-year-old brewery in Pakistan is preparing to bring the Muslim world's first 20-year-old single malt whisky to the market. Murree Brewery, however, can only sell to non-Muslims, who comprise 3 percent of Pakistan's population

I think the Saudi comment tends to overlook the fact most of those buyers in Saudi are probably foreign oil workers who have nothing else to do in the desert.

Though I've been told that Jordan is a country of choice for thousands of vacationers from across the Arab world ever summer, because with the lax laws here the Saudis and Gulf States folks can drink and whore around without their family knowing.
