Still don't like subjects.

Don't ask. I say something like that whenever I feel lazy.

We went to Louisville between Saturday and Tuesday or last week, as I'm sure you all know. We celebrated 6 birthdays and then of course Independence Day, as I'm sure you all know. One of those birthdays was mine, as I'm sure you all know.

And I fould it rather funny that no one actually gave me anything (since no one ever knows what to get me and I never ask for anything), I just ended up with $55 in Target giftcards, and then some actual money. Upon arriving home I found another Target giftcard, so I called the number on the back to check the balance. It had $5.20 on it. I checked the last 5 transactions... one was in the middle of December, one was about the middle of July last year, and it was originally purchased on July 1st 2003. That just goes to show how much I love to shop.

So I took my $60 in otherwise useless money (or I would have saved it as I do everything else) and went to Target (go figure) with a PS2 Network Adapter on my mind. I figured I'd test my own NFSU skills, as poor as they may be, against other people from around the world. But after a few concers, as well as the question of how in the heck does the thing work, I went with one of those driving controllers that uses an actual steering wheel (with adjustable sensitivity), a sort of shift lever (that you tap forward or backward to change gears), and gas & brake pedals (which are much more realistic than the right analog stick, or with some people the X and [] buttons.

And just so you know, I burned up all those cards and then 34 cents. So they're gone... completely.

It is really hard to get used to, but that goes for everything. Especially since I used to be able to control the car with only 2 thumbs- the left and right analog sticks.

Since I know that reading this was a waste of your time, I apologize. Have a nice day.
