Another delayed post

Just because not a whole lot has been going on here lately. The only thing I've done of any consequence was go and help out with the Used Uniform sale at JP2 yesterday, which was rather boring because there was hardly anything to sell and hardly anyone came to buy stuff. In the end, I helped tihs one guy haul out all these old library shelves cause something was wrong with them or whatever...

But anyways, once again I missed a call. Once again, I nearly killed myself for choosing to be gone for those 4 hours, and not another set of 4 hours. Then I made a treaty with myself to not leave the house at all for the next week.

But I do still get to talk to her every night over Instant Messenger.. lol, it's the next best thing to talking in person, cept my stupid satellite dish won't let me talk without suffering some kind of fatal error. She can still talk though, and we both can see each other. It's kinda weird looking over to my right and seeing this 3 inch wide sphere with an eyeball just staring straight at me.. not to mention how I'm seeing her more in Ohio then I do when actually at home, which is a few hundred miles closer to here. It's not really that big of a deal, though, cause when they're closer to home then there is no extreme long distance bill, expecially for us since I think we have to pay a lot..

So getting to see her has eliminated the past few days from the "Total Loss" list.

In other news, I really have no idea what is going on in my own house (especially odd since I'm getting regulary updated about what's goin on in Ohio) because I saw that home theater in Target, and for the money it is an awesome value, I figured out where I'll fun the wiring, figured out where all the speakers and the subwoofer will go, figured out an easy way to run the VCR, PS2, and N64 through it, and hell I even measured it and know for sure it will fit under the PS2 in that little cabinet that the TV sits on. A week later, no one has said anything but my dad said something about geting an external satellite modem so we can share the connection of our computer, and then getting a laptop or something. My mom says what the hell is the point.. because the modem is a few hundred dollars and laptops aren't that cheap. Not to mention that a computer is something that's outdated in a few months. A theater system will last forever, because that kind of technology just doesn't get updated all the time. When the time comes that there are 5000 watt systems, all the ones now will probably by turning to dust anyways..

And my mom told me that he wants to trade in the Geo for a mototcycle. Why? I have no idea. You would maybe get $800 as a trade in value, and its worth a lot more to us. It's cheap to drive, cheap to insure, and only goes 65 mph. Perfect car for me, at least in the eyes of my parents... cause even if we sold it, that would cover a few tuition payments and then when I turn 16 it's gone. And there is no decent car you could get for the trade in value, so the idea of getting rid of it at all is rather stupid. Yes, even to me...

But since that's all that's really going on for now, I guess i'll go.. looking forward to tonight, once again.
