or alternatively, know of any avenues towards getting that kind of cash whilst not being required to work for it, that is to say, grants, scholarships and other philanthropic disburments that might be made to a poor but talented budding sport and leisure philosopher such as myself.
Unfortunately, the only scholarship databases I know of (jason and spin) don't have much on offer for 'not-so-practical' disciplines such as the philosophy of sport.
