The colder the better to be honest because even a few degrees lesser in the air there is the potential for it to happen--and if the conditions where right it could happen that very day. Only...Sweden knew his fellow nation well enough to know that things would get no better if left to his own devices. So while most would want immediate praise for things like Kleenex by the bed or the bigger glass of orange juice in the morning? Sweden was perfectly with it all being completely passed over. Otherwise Denmark might get crazy ideas in his head about Sweden actually caring. Who needed that?
This morning however would prove a bit difficult as breakfast would have to be handed over face-to-face. Things were so much easier when the food just disappeared without words having to be exchanged or intents acknowledged. The first step, however, was finding out where the heck Denmark had gone]

All that aside, Sweden made his way up to the already occupied window and took a spot next to his roommate, silently observing the scene.]

Ah! Sweden!
[The laugh carried as he smiled in a sly manner before leaning closer, uncertain why the other nordic was there but not complaining for the company he had come into recently, the companionship better than the loneliness of the room before. Even if Sweden was prone to nitpicking.]
Trying to scare me, I see--well! Once again your plan has failed you.

[Which translated into something along the lines of how he wasn't trying to scare Denmark anyway. His eyes stay fixated on the window as he took a few steps to the left. That leaning didn't go unnoticed.

[The package caught his attention and he turned his gaze away from the shifting Swede, noting the item and allowing his gaze to linger on it for awhile. Curious enough, he moved and reached out for the parcel, fingers dancing on the top of the surface as the Dane turned his gaze completely to Sweden again, watching for his reaction to see if he could get away with taking the item away and inspecting it properly.
It was set in front of him, after all--so he was going to make assumptions even though the other nation didn't shift his gaze from out the window, focused on the place that Denmark he found himself so focused on moments before.
His attention though, for the moment, was successfully diverted.]

Oye--Sweden.
[He paused for a moment then grinned broadly]
Your face'll stick like that.

[Sweden gave a slight nod and leaned back from the window, pushing his glasses a bit farther up on his nose. A hand reached up to tap against the window in search of something to do with his hands. He was trying to think of something to say since somehow this silence felt a bit awkward as opposed to the usual comfort level between them. But as expected the words never came.]

There in the ancient days, the armoured Vikings rested. . .
[Swallowing the food, Denmark sung in his native tongue, turning to Sweden and giving him a mock look of seriousness. Though seemingly, he could not help the small smile that broke past his lips.]
