Showbiz talk langya

guys.. local showbiz event, jologs sorry.

this morning's Philippine Star newspaper showbiz section caught my attention.

it was about the Dennis Trillo-Charlene Aguilar feud.

in particular, i was infuriated by the the amount that charlene is asking from dennis for their son. charlene was asking 50-60k monthly from dennis for their child. now i ask charlene-->isn't 60k a bit too much?? 20k, too low. 30k, 40k, ok lng. but 50-60k?!?!

i know i know, 60k, for some people might not be too much compared to the percentage of the income of those people's total family income (meaning you're rich). but still, i guess we all agree that this 60k is hard to earn (as they say in tagalog, "hindi lang yan pinupulot kung saan.") 60k is still 60k.

and guess what, here's here breakdown:

Food: 10k (too much)
Lodging: 10k (too much)
Clothing: 10k (too much)
Utilities: 5k (too much)
Travel: 5k (this is ok.. because we also need to consider the repairs of the car aside from gas w/c roughly costs more than 1k+/week for an average person)

the BEST part:
Laundrywoman's salary 4k (4k? wow, ako nlng maglalaba ng mga lampin nung anak nila for 1 month)
YAYA salary 6k (wtf. shouldn't she be the one who takes care of her child?!?! and also, add the fact that she's asking this much-->meaning she's not working or is sharing with the expenses of the child-->meaning she has the time to take care of the child-->meaning she does not need a fulltime YAYA)

Doctor's fee and vaccinations 5k-10k-->ok lng. (this is fine)

total:50-60k

***
i guess i'm working on the assumption that Charlene should also take part in the expenses (if not 50%, at least 25% of the expenses) that's why i think that 50-60k is a bit too much.

and also, i know the monthly expenses of our household of 7 persons and 50-60k is really a bit too high for a family of 2 persons (since its only Charlene and the baby that are living together here. and also w/ one of those persons only a baby of less than 1 year)
