Full of ideas; couldn't sleep well because of new light on the novel and new stories, mostly shed by contact with other minds.
Also coming up with other ideas--at the "real multiculturalism" panel I began to wonder not only about where to start educating myself about sf/f authors of color, but where to find out about fandom around the world. I am not much of a fan, really. I can't remember names, I read very selectively, and I've seen a single episode of the newer Battlestar Galactica.
OK, I loved Firefly (with reservations) but still.
I do, however, love new ideas and intellectual-socio-political-feminist-more-big-words excercises--no, I really mean I like imagining the world in a thousand different ways; it's one clever step on the way to changing it. And I would be interested to see if someone is writing about new worlds in a basement in Saudi Arabia, or debating whether to post their sci-fi dreams online in China...
