Real Name: What's on their Birth Certificate? You may also put what name they prefer being called, as well.
Codename: Not required, but if there was one word to describe their powers, or a codename they might go by, what would it be?
Age: How old are they?
Origin: Where were they born?
Known Relatives: Who are they related to? Please include their name, how they are related, and if they are alive or dead. Also, not absolutely required.
Height: Whats their height? Feet and Inches please.
Weight: Whats their approximate weight in pounds?
Eye Color: What color eyes do they have?
Hair Color: What color hair do they have?
Physical Description: Tell about everything from how their eyes and hair look, to their body structure, to how they dress, how their hair is styled...paint a mental picture for us.
Personality: Tell about their personality such as how they act, what motives do they have, what kind of person they are, and other things.
Power Description: Tell about what their powers do, are capable of doing, how it does it, and ect... How long this section has to be is variable depending on how much power they have. Try to go into detail as much as possible.
Weaknesses: Everyone has weaknesses, some are harder to see then others. The weakness of "Weaknesses of every normal person" is NOT acceptable. It may be power related, personality related, physically related.
Hobbies: What do they enjoy doing? What do they do in their spare time?
History: How did they come to be who they are today? Whats their background? It may be a tale of their entire life...or it may be just what's really happened to them over the past couple years. Whichever fits best. There is no minimum on how long this has to be but detail it as much as possible.
