*Southern Discomfort
I hate the fact that living in Texas there are the city folks and those that were raised out there in the middle of nowhere (east and west Texas.) There are many of the latter. So country music is loved bt a large group. Sarah Walker burned a single by Dixie Chicks and played it everytime I got in her car and then again when someone new got in. Everyone hated it. She then bought the CD when it came out at midnight. Now I hear the whole CD when I'm in her car AND at work. I hate her.
*Freedom
I got the next three days off work. YES! I work too much. I'm wicked tired. So I plan on doing nothing but drinking and getting high. Anyone down with that? Hit me up.
*The Last Stand
I saw X-Men 3. Meh. It wasn't bad but it wasn't good. The story was all right. It was visually satisfying. But it left me with a "What the fuck was that?" feeling, especially the last scene and the clip after the credits. AND WHERE THE FUCK WAS GAMBIT?! Everyone knows he's the most wicked awesome mutant. Sorry, I can go on about this for hours. We saw it at the Alamo Draft House, so we were entertained by the X-Men cartoons playing before hand. I never realized how bad the voices for the characters where. Very entertaining. And I kind of want to see My Super Ex-Girlfriend.
*Stoned Age
I've kind of come to the decision to become a pothead again. Maybe. When I was a stoner I had no worries. Or really I just didn't take things so seriously. Now I stress about work and money. I can't sleep. Back then I'd wake up, get high, go to school, get high, go home, get high, eat food, get high, get high some more and then go to bed. Or I'd get go to work, get pissed and tired, come home, and get high. B/c being high at work when dealing w/ customers is retarded. I'll be so at ease and be able to sleep better. BEsides I'm cinstantly bored and when I'm stoned I feel like finding things to do even if their pointless. What do you think?
Jenn's was like "Ugh! You're going to be over here w/ the guys all the time now aren't you?" I laughed b/c that's all they do now since they're out of school or hardly work. But you know they remind me of my friends in Dallas and what we used to do. But really I couldn't hang out like they do. I like my job. I like money. I actually want to get somewhere in life. I'd become a lump if I was there all the time.
