Great fun today.  Went to Lowe's and Hyam's Garden Center and basically shopped till l dropped.  Checked out the mowers at the local pawn shop then found the ones at Lowe's were only $15 to $20 more for the ones l would want. New being then the way to go. Got the compost for the second bed.   Got red onion sets and put in the first dozen.

Checked for recycling bins but they are still out.  Need to check again Thursday.

Went to writing workshop and the guest speaker was a Harlequin romance author.  Lovely lady who writes Scottish Highland romances.  Fun watching the interaction between the non-romance writers and the more knowledgeable of the romance authors.  Being firmly on the non-romance side of the tracks myself made it even more amusing.

And now l am happily playing with Khyr and have completed the second scene and moving to the third and last for this chapter.  The climax looms ever nearer.  Or at least a climax.  l seem to have more than one.  Possibly not perfect three or four 'act' composition...but seems a good fit for this story with its multiple plot threads.

And l always get a thrill from the unveiling of new worlds/lands.  ln this case Khyr's lands...Ele'ason. l hope someday readers will 'see' the tropical beauty of these wild lands with their waterfalls and rivers racing to the sea...and fall as much in love with being there as l am. l stand and gawk, awestruck by how unspoilt and free it is and l can share his sense of loss for all that was stolen from him.  Can't wait to see how it ends.
