13 again
Friday the 13th! One of my favorite dates! And today is perfect! Nice and warm (90s!) albeit a bit muggy as there is rain coming...which will make it even more perfect as I adore the air right after a rain. So crystalline it seems to disappear, bright and clean, and with the wonderful fresh scent of summer rain. Mmmmmmm.
Of course my hair looks like a bushman adventure poster. Even my bangs are curly, LOL!
In celebration of this extra special and wonderful day I have revised my entire first chapter of Khyr's story. Not 'new' by any means, I actually like my opening, and it ties perfectly to the ending, but hopefully improved. After all it has been quite some time since I wrote those first words, and my understanding of Khyr has increased tremendously as he has allowed me 'inside' both himself and his world. The subtle changes hopefully reflect that deeper insight.
I do love to watch a character grow!
