(no subject)
I am feeling a ton better. No aches, very minimal coughing, and definitely no fever. I feel 100% better and believe that the flu is gone. Side note: there was blood in my cough this morning... gotta visit the doc again.
THIS JUST IN! As I am typing this my boss just walked into the office and said, "I am keeping you two stalwart individuals plugged in till around April 9th." Megan and I are staring blankly at the place where he was just a moment ago. So apparently I will continue to be out here for yet another month. YAY :( I can't complain though. I make too much money out here. I do need to get back to NM though. I miss it and my special someone too :) Managed to talk to her last. Things seem to be going quite well, but I am not looking forward to dropping this bit of news. Maybe I'll fly her out here or meet her somewhere.
I'm in the market for a new laptop. I have been hungrily eyeing the new alienware quad core laptop. Perhaps though its not the right time for it. I think more than anything, all this new money is burning holes in my pockets. I have given serious thought to buying another condo or even a house this time once this job is over. The renting is going so well that I can't help but think that it is just a wise move. Then I would have a place to live while I finish school and still keep my other place rented. A lot to think about right now. I need to come up with solid courses of action.
