[She is, in fact, wrong. In actual fact, Austria specifically requested her help. Of course she would have ordinarily asked Germany, or failing that, any one of her acquaintances, but the problem is, she's getting pretty much everyone's presents today, and she'd prefer not to spoil any surprises. So obviously Prussia is the only person left she can ask, because she doesn't care about her surprises, and apart from anything she's pretty sure Prussia doesn't either, being the impatient person she is. It's difficult to shop for her, actually, so Prussia gets the privilege of coming along and just choosing something. Within a reasonable price range.And while she wasn't necessarily expecting her- she didn't know if she would even agree and she didn't get a call or anything, god- she is, at least, not asleep or otherwise loafing around. She's dressed- in a a very pretty, wintery, seven layers of fluffiness to keep the cold out sort of outfit- and made up and she's currently running a brush through her curls.
