What I'm Reading Wednesday
I missed last week because I went to see the recent West End production of Merrily We Roll Along in the movie theatre which was amazing. Yesss, Merrily come to me. Here's hoping they release that filmed version on DVD because I would totally watch it over and over. Even if I spent most of the movie crying because it's ridiculously sad at heart. I've never seen it love, but I want to desperately.
What I'm Reading Now
Secret Society Girl by Diana Peterfreund - I'm assuaging my desperate wish to buy & read Across a Star-Swept Sea (It's a retelling of Scarlet Pimpernel!) by rereading another of Peterfreund's books. This one's an incredibly light book about secret societies at Eli Yale College.
Antigoddess by Kendare Blake - this one is pretty good, but Blake's books are all ridiculously gruesome and need to be read in short bursts to keep from being overwhelming.

I have no idea. I have a bunch of books checked out, but none of them are appealing. So far. We'll see. I need to canon review for Yuletide so that needs to happen soon.
