Lloyd, my favorite R&B vocalist of the moment, released a new single. He spent several years signed to The Inc. Records, but recently parted ways with them so he could have the freedom to record and release the music he wants. My admiration for him is astounding, and I'm so happy his first release sans record label is most excellent.
Days go slowly without any work to keep me occupied. I packed minimally for this two-week stay in Albuquerque, so I don't have all the bells and whistles that keep me entertained back home. I'll be happy to see the weekend roll around so I can spend some more time with Jason. I dropped him off at work this morning so I could keep his car for running errands. I haven't used it much today--just to pick up some groceries and visiting the post office. It's nice to have wheels, though.
