Grey's Anatomy
I don't usually do thoughts on episodes in fandom, but tonight's Grey's Anatomy deserves one.
First of all, Mark ie Dr. McSteamy is SO HOT!! From the moment I saw him, I just drooled. Now it is obvious why Addision would cheat on Derek, he doesn't compare. It's not just his looks or his super hot body but the coolness he oozes.
Anyways, I'll stop being shallow and go onto other things. Loooved the beginning with Cristina and Burke dancing. Too cute and adorable and such a fun moment. This is what I love in my ship and I'm glad they're showing that side of them. Shows we're all a kid at hear, embrace it. And the phone call interuption was funyn and perfect to create some drama. They should know by now that all secrets will come out. On the other hand though, why would Burke be picking up Cristina's cell phone (which I'm assuming it is because why would the landlord call Burke's?)? Oh well though. Loved the return of the super significant C/B looks, always great to see.
Meredith's mother's confession was funny but it's good to get all the skeletons out. So next I just loved Marc's entrance and how he actually was flirting with Meredith which is just hilarious considering her past Derek relationship. The Derek/Addision looks were great though and the punching was perfect, I think Derek has a right to do that. But still glad Mark came back and looved when Meredith was helping to do his wound and he kept turning. And I was right there with Cristina and Izzie enjoying the view and giving him the perfect nickname, McSteamy. Steamy > Dreamy in my case. ("Why is he suturing his own face" -George

Let's see, the Bailey scene with her getting them to scatter, the beast references and video will (nice twist, I thought it'd be a Dawson's Creek moment) were all super funny. I just loved all scenes with Mark especially involving his past history with Derek and Addison. They were great too discussing it, loved when the chief just left following the announcement. And the verbal fight between Mark and Derek (with the interns watching haha) was perfect and I'm so glad Marc won since he was right in the end, the kid deserved a chance to have more of a normal life and not be looked at like a monster (or circus animal...as cute as they are). Alex should learn from Mark in the plastic service business as well involving relationships. I can see why people think he's hot but I personally find him bland and next to McSteamy, there's no comparison. Another thing I looved was the friendship scene during lunch, I missed those kinds of scenes and as usual one of my favorites. Sad when the guy died but I'm glad that they still gave him the face he wanted.
Now for two big other issues. First off, sooo cool to see Meredith's dad. They need to go into why she hasnt approached him for so long. A bit disappointing in terms of length but hopefully they'll show more in future episodes. I always liked Thatcher back from "Make Me Lose Control". But in connection with George, it's not going to work out again with the Grey's. He reeally needs to be direct and both of his talks to Meredith didn't really accomplish that for me. My like for George and Derek have both gone down a lot since the first season so I'm not into either of them for Meredith but George with her makes no sense. I can't BELIEVE they'd put George and Meredith together though but drama is drama and it certainly is a shock. I'm not worried though, I doubt it will last and Meredith's is so stupid for leading him on. I will say that Meredith taking off his shirt was hot though. But that's cause I have a thing for it as I thought Cristina doing it to Burke in the beginning was just too good. Speaking of, love the Preston Burke speech and Cristina's looks and statement at the end. Heh. He deserved to have a good temper at her but they really are too cute and good for each other.
Last but certainly not least, soo sad about Mark and Addison. I gotta say, I can totally ship them and really like them together. I saw a lot of chemistry between them as well as the beautiful angst and love. I loved the "dirty mistresses" line, they really do deserve each other, not for being "bad" but because they fit together. When he touched her...wow just so sweet. I don't see why Addison or Derek are furthering their own pain by staying together when its obvious they're in love with other people who make them happier. I can understand why Addison wouldn't leave with him after Derek stuck it out but it's still a frustrating situation. And I haven't been liking her lately but this episode really made me feel for her, care for her as a character. I really hope Mark stays, for one because he's like smoking hot but also because I hope he continues to stir things up and maybe get his chance with Addison. I know the Derek/Addison thing isnt going to work out in the end so hopefully that's how they'll end up. It was sad to see him holding out hope in the bar though. On another note, soo happy they showed us some half naked Dr. McSteamy. Guhhh, he just gets better and better.
