Summary: Padma and Parvati meet privately for the first time in months.

Parvati couldn't remember having been this nervous since she sat down with Tonks. Actually, she didn't think she'd been this nervous even then. Sure, the business with Tonks had to do with her dream, her club, the rest of her life, but that couldn't come close to being as important or as potentially life-altering as this.
If this meeting with Padma didn't go well, Parvati wouldn't be able to imagine ever talking to her sister in a civilized manner again. She still didn't know or understand where it had all gone so wrong to begin with, but she hoped the signs that things were getting fixed weren't just in her head. They were about to meet and eat and talk, after all.
So she sat in the Celestial Dragon, fidgeting with her clothing, her hair, the tablecloth, the glasses. It was hard for her to sit still at the best of times, but forget it when she was nervous. Especially when Padma was involved.
