Live Blog?
Look Ma, it's an ER post!
Because I've possibly been living under a rock, I only now started reading the Live Blog on the NBC site. Some good stuff - mainly the (apparently still remaining! Wow) - militant carbies in the comments. I love how apparently low ratings are luby's fault (carby totally had awesome ratings, always, hello! The boycott is working!) - and how 'Carter was nicer to her'. Yeah, I'd be really charmed too if I was broken up with by a letter delivered by my ex. Sorry, had to.
Having this is just asking for the militia, though:

David - The reason the Luka/Abby relationship is more successful dramatically and emotionally is because the two characters share in common the fact that they both have overcome damaged pasts. They found happiness together despite those pasts.
Even I, professional Carter hater, noted that that the damaged pasts are a bit of a lame excuse. There isn't one person on this (melo)drama that doesn't have that by now, so... He does talk about the chemistry several times though, which is much better *pets TPTB a bit*
Oh well. You know... we won anyway. Hee. I do love shipping wars. Especially when they're so over. And, you know - won.

Goran - Those were the most difficult words put in my mouth ever in my life! We really tried to change it, actors and director, but we just couldn't fight the powers that be. And I bet today even the writer is not happy about how it turned up on the show. And it will NEVER happen again I promise!
David - it wasn't me.
