Still harbouring the semi-flu. Lovely.
Been watching Rome for most of the weekend (and previous week too, to be honest...) It's just so God Damn Brilliant. It's not fair that there are only five more episodes left; I'd gladly exchange all the remaining ER seasons for a show covering all of Augustus's rule. It's just so bloody brilliant and awesome. Sigh.
Loving S2, obviously; I can't say that the departure of Max Pirkis wasn't horrible, but the-replacement-whose-name-I-can't-remember is growing on me. I don't read spoilers so I don't know how long the show will stretch, but I wish we'd get the Augustus-ification of Octavian as a last scene or something. Ah. Back to BC for me.
