Hot week for (mostly) everybody!!!

Nov 27, 2008 19:56

RL is still a byotch, but that's fine. Therapy exists for that.

Full week again, and, in quick words: Neil Patrick Harris is naked, Reid may not die a virgin and the Smarties just killed themselves.

HIMYM - naked men! That sums it up.

I'm shallow. I'm really, really shallow.

That being said, I squee!!! Neil Patrick Harris shirtless. That's it!! That's the episode! That's the review! And I don't care! I just - love - this show!!!

WOOOOOOOOO!!!!

**takes some breath**

That being out of my system, I must say the show is going back to it's old self - flashbacks, many POV - and this one was funny! I mean, old time funny. How can one not love Ted & Barney Poses Of Naked Man? And I gotta quote TVwithoutPity: "I want to hand it to Josh Radnor, because, NPH is buff and Radnor is just normal. He's not unattractive, but he's not sporting a mean six pack; he's not pumped; and he's kind of pale. If he was uncomfortable shooting these scenes, you'd never know it. What a trouper." I hardly think they were wearing much of anything during those scenes, to be honest. Nice day to visit the set, right? ;)

Also, there's 50 reasons for having sex? Yes, it was actually posted online. Can anyone think of any other one?

To finish this up, I just gotta say: guys, don't try the Naked Man. I beg you.

Evereverevereverever!!!

Unless you look as good as NPH - and even so, you may fall on the one out of three times that it doesn't work...

CM - why I won't ever go out on  date again

The firsth episode I actually thought was consistent, from the firsth minute to the last. Nothing EXTRAORDINARY, like Jason Alexander's actign last week. But it was a good, well told story with really fun moments.

The little girl was a byotch, wasn't she? But I don't condemn the mother. Mine would most likely do worst if something like that had happenned to me. Of course, I got the feeling the girl was just "having fun" with the servent boy, but still, Mom did not know that. Blame the girl. And that liltle old lady made me shivver, and kinda feel sorry. Poor old lady. Also no idea what she had (englishenglishenglish), but it must have been bad.

Now, there's Jordan in a way I like her. I caught the lie, it was kinda obvious, and Hotch was... Hotchy about it. Good. Even though it worked. I'm glad no Jordan/Morgan banter kept going and, While Garcia/Morgan is pretty much gone lately, at least we had Morgan/Reid. I mean, Reid finally got a girlfriend, I'm happy for him, even though I've always pictured him with a nerd, not a party girl. He's solving his problems with daddy, he's getting a girl. Wow, tune in season one and SEE the change.

Oh, and Garcia/Hotch time! I have no idea what Hotch said to Garcia that made her so happy (english needs practcing), but I liked how she kinda caught him off guard back. I have no idea what he said, but it made me smile - and kinda made him sheepish. Or maybe I'm reading too much into it.

Of course, Emily rocked my world. I wanted her to punch that guy, snap his furry hat away, toss a drink on his face and kick his male parts. But I got the "practice on a doll" remark, so that was goo. I'm pretty sure there will be some Hotch&Emily by the end of this season, or maybe the next one, they'd do a nice couple. Sure, their kids would be overly responsible and demand too much on themselves, but at least they'd be cute.

Season keeps going, I'm still watching. Maybe I'll stay the whole season this time.

WAT -  how to piss off the fans at DestinedTo

So, J/S celebrated, S/M sliced their wrists open and D/M were glad D/E was completely gone.

Me, I was happy the MP didn't suck. The twist was believable and the actors were all very well picked. I must say that, so far, the MP of this seasons are quite better, much more likable; of course, they're throwing in the "mistery from the past" and "guilty wants to tell the truth" a lot more, but each time the story is told the right way, so it's not bothering me a lot.

As for D/M time, I was glad, specially if you think they're pratically compairing D/E and D/M every week. On a side note: the hangar scene, I had the impresion EC was standing in front of Green Screen, was I the only one? Well, either way, his voice tone was perfect. It's in the little things... :)

As for J/S, we all knew they were heading there, and I ship for both Smarties and Jams so it doesn't bother me. The girls at DestinedTo will kill me - they already want to, because I switch so much, and now they'll get their chance (Jenn, the Mod, already stabbed me three times with a cake knife) - but I think it was well handled, specially because we fall in a sort of limbo. Jack has his issues, Sam has her feelings (Martin or no Martin, we all know she always had a crush for Jack and Jack for her and we can't deny it) and they both have a big damn mess. I like the couple, I think they can match, but yeah, I gotta agree with the other side and say Jack's not the healthy option right now. With any luck, Hanna is gonna turn him into a honorable man and J/S will become not just "something I gotta take it because that's how it was written" or just "good enough for bearing", but something worth of my time.

If they don't, well... I'm sorry, fics exist for a reason, and I'll turn back to S/M fulltime.

Ah, shows... Just so you know, the link to DESTINEDTO is on my link list - Smarty - and it's worth a drop by. Unless you want to help Jenn killing me, which, in that case, I kinda wish you wouldn't drop by...

Also, my latest obsession: Jonathan Kellerman, who writtes great, fun books about detectives, murderes and shrinks (summing things up the best I can). I read about 8 books of his this year and keep going strong. So... to help me find other fans... I kinda made this up...

JK_WEST_LA

With any  luck I'll get some fans to join.
