(no subject)
It's been forever since I updated! This summer has really been a blast. First, I hated it because I'm not working and I feel lazy and worthless, but now I have my teaching job so I've been busy preparing for that!
I was in Florida July 13-17. Me, Angie, Beth, Niki Collins, Heather, Lesa and Sara. We all stayed in Angie's uncles condo for free right on the beach. It was my first time seeing the Atlantic Ocean! We would lay out all day and go out at night. I had a good time, but there was lots of girl drama. No one likes a chick fight. We had a couple. I think if Sara and Lesa didn't go, it would have been fine.
I got home on the 17th, only to leave the 18th to go Up North with my family. I just got back yesterday. It was really relaxing and stress free to be with my family. We went mini-golfing and shopping and eating and swimming and walking. I spent lots of money on teaching clothes at Birch Run outlet mall. It was well worth it though.
I actually have a love life too! I know I said I hated Erik and I was done with him, but he was calling me a lot and we were hanging out a lot and I'm not sure what we are, I just know it feels good. We talk everyday and we hung out last night and I really like him. I'm trying to take things slow because I am scared to get hurt. I think he is too. I am bringing him to Carey's wedding on Saturday and hopefully he will have a good time. He invited me to go on this canoe trip in August with him and his friends. I'm scared to go since I dont know him that well, but he says I must go because it is lots of fun. We'll see.
Thats about it for now. I don't think I've ever been this happy!
