Mojito
It's been a while, oh internet audience (boo to the stalkers though).
So even though I'm not particularly fond of my brother in law, him and his wife are expecting their first child, so we were invited to the baby shower. Since we're poor like dirt at the moment, I decided to make their present instead of spending money on something that the kid will grow out of... okay, granted I made a toy, but sometimes you just don't grow out of some toys.
His name is Mojito (cuz he's minty green... and cuz I like alcohol haha). He only cost me about $4 and roughly 20 hours to crochet and assemble. Not bad, eh?
Oh, and I also made a matching receiving blanket to wrap him up in (~$5 and 2 hours cuz of the blasted blanket stiching around the thing).
cute eh? I'm pretty proud actually.
I'm thinking I will make more animal dolls ... and sell 'em! Lemme know if you want one :)
