Guilt
Johnny closed his eyes, whimpering as the man pushed dirty fingers into him roughly, abruptly, with no warning. The harsh voice whispered in his ear, telling him how pretty he was, how he was meant for this. Johnny gritted his teeth, feeling the filthy fingernails scraping inside of him. The other hand, grubby and disgusting, was fascinated by his belly, rubbing it, stroking it, feeling its roundness.
Johnny promised himself if he lived through this, he'd never eat again. He reminded himself that he needed this, that he'd destroyed every other chance he'd ever had, that he deserved this. He deserved this for letting that old bastard send Uncle Arch to prison.
He deserved this for killing his mum.
As the stranger thrust roughly into him, raw, agonizing, without any pity, Johnny finally let the tears spill out of his eyes.
