I'm very glad we rented this movie from Netflix. It's a very "small" indie film, shot in Wawa, Ontario, Canada, with strong performances from all the actors.

The town where this movie was filmed? LESS THAN 4 HOURS FROM MY TOWN!! And no one told me.

This was released in September 2006 and probably filmed in March/April of that year. Were you 4 hour away then too?

Hells yep. Have lived in Thunder Bay forever. Wawa is driven through EVERY time we hit up Toronto. Wawa has a Giant fiberglass Goose statue :)

We sort of thought that was a gigantic Canada goose statue. It shows up several times in the film.
